Silver Sage Manor, Inc.

Silver Sage Manor, Inc. (SSMI) was founded in 1991 to address the shortage of high-quality affordable senior housing in Northern Nevada.   SSMI's all-volunteer Board of Trustees has worked diligently through the years to build its capacity to meet its mission of "Serving the Needs of Seniors by Developing High Quality Affordable Senior Housing".   SSMI has participated in the development of over 925 affordable apartment units throughout the state including independently developing 216 high-quality units housing low-income seniors in the Truckee Meadows.
